I had my attack unit leftover from my night wolf custom, and nothing it looked particularly good on. I began experimenting with splitting it up and putting it on the sides of zoids. Miraculously enough I found the inside holes fit the pegs on the sides of the rhimos's cannons perfectly. In fact the attack unit hasn't at all been cut glued or modified other than a little paint. The missiles are made of course from various blox joints and parts pretty much the same way I made the beehive missile unit. The box is part of an elephander's cockpit and it's attached via a ghetto rigging of a spare mount from the bomber unit and the mount of the attack unit. As the bio mentioned the rear facing cannons are from a zaber fang as well as one of the tri rocket launchers. the other one comes courtesy of a dark horn and just put them on the pegs on the shoulders. I painted the horns metalic silver and did some red detailing but purposely left parts plain silver. I used a sharpie for black detail lines. other than the home built missile pods I could very easily reverse this custom and have a perfectly normal metal rhimos and attack unit. In general other than paint I try not to alter a zoid its self when making a custom and utilize the existing mounts and whatnot. Building my own mounts for some reason feels like cheating. I build around the zoid rather than alter the zoid.
